Swedesurvey conducted a three-week feasibility study “Development of Efficiency in Municipal Administration” for the Union of Municipalities in Costa Rica. Real property tax can be an important source of revenue for municipalities and this study covered the development of municipal efficiency within the field of real property and land registration.
