Swedesurvey is currently running a team-building and management course in Ghana in cooperation with the Ministry of Lands, Forestry and Mines (MLF). The aim of the course is to strengthen the capabilities for MLF to implement the multi-donor funded Land Administration Project (LAP) in Ghana and to provide the Ministry’s project management team, the Land Administration Project Unit (LAPU), with the technical expertise to lead the process and further train other stakeholders to a successful implementation of the project. In doing this, Swedesurvey is supported by Project Coordinator Sulemana Mahama and his staff at the LAPU and GEO-TECH Systems Ltd represented by their Director, Mr. Stephen Djaba.
