The main aim of the programme is to initiate change processes via projects which will develop methods and tools for management of real property rights, information on land, land use and urban and rural planning to the benefit of the society as a whole but especially to disadvantaged groups and women within this group. Another aim is to show and practice new and updated methods and technology in Land Administration, Planning and Geographic Information. The whole programme consists of two phases (which cannot be attended separately) and an intermediate interactive period.
Women are especially encouraged to apply.
